Autoclave Tape, 8 Rolls Colors Tape for Instruments Identification, 216ft/L x 0.4in/W Heat Resistant Tapes, Surgical Dental Tapes for Autoclavable 270 Fahrenheit Steam

This Autoclave tape is supplied as a pack of 8 coloured rolls for the purpose of being attached to instruments to enable their identification. Each of the rolls is listed as being 216ft/66m in length with a good selection of different colours including, yellow, blue, black and green. I have used this tape to enable me to identify some small instruments which are regularly subjected to steam for sterilisation purposes and having done this process a number of times the tape has remained stuck in place. The adhesion of the tape which I have already used seems to improve once the tape has been subjected to heat. I have also used some of this tape to colour the tips of some of my fishing rods which are regularly submersed in water and it has not come off after using them. I did find that when applying it to small angular items that some of the tape did lift at the exposed ends but once I stuck it back down again and it was subjected to steam it then stayed in place well. This autoclave tape is in my opinion reasonably priced when considering that it is supplied as a pack of 8 good length rolls which are more than sufficient for my requirements.
