I'm new to sea moss but know that my macros are as low as a person can get without sending red flags. I decided to try both the original sea moss and the gummies. I don't like mushy foods so getting me to take 2 tsp of the original was hard enough let alone 2 tablespoons.But these gummies are delicious 😋 and I'm a super picky eater. Also unlike other gummies they don't get stuck in my teeth or throat. I have to remind myself they are medicinal and not a sweet treat.As for there effectiveness I don't know and I wish there was added information as to wether the gummies provide the same macros as the original.

Definitely great value and overall good health benefits. They taste so good that I could eat them every day without getting tired of them. Plus, knowing that they are good for my body makes them even more satisfying to enjoy.

Taste good and the quality is great. But I will most likely stick to the gel cause I feel it worked better as far as results.

So my kids love love love these ! I am a mother of two littles w/ Autism & I try to get as much nutrients & vitamins in them as I can because they don’t always eat the best & they can not tell the difference btw these & real gummies so I am pleased ! They taste delicious & are hard to stop eating ! Only two a day ! I also see an improvement in my girls moods & health wise they just seem better when we have them ! Quality is great & the price is good too & they smell really yummy

I’m not sure on how good they are for you but they sure are tasty.

This product contains Burdock root extract which is ragweed. I am very allergic to this root. I couldn’t understand why I was getting hives. The problem is that I didn’t read all the ingredients before purchasing. My fault I guess!
