Good for gymnastics
Excellent for gymnastics. Used by all the girls in gymnastics conditioning.Excellent quality and easy to use. Good size with excellent stretch.Super cheap at £6 so good value for money - although I have to keep replacing it as she leaves it at gymnastics (name your children’s stuff!).

Useful - But You Have To Search The Web For Instructions How To Use...
The product arrived in a simple cellophane wrapper. I thought it would have some sort of instructions on how to use them - nope.There is a quick video on the selling page, but I had to scour the internet to get a decent set of exercises and understand the range of movements that this band helps with.The band is quite substantial and the slots are an excellent way of adjusting the resistance - my other bands you have to wrap around your hands to adjust.The elasticity of the band is not quite what it is on the video - it is much harder - maybe it's me.
