Bought one of these about 6 months ago and I absolutely loved it. But something just fell out of one of my cabinets knocked it off the counter and it broke. I'm buying another one. Perfect size to fit my large hands and I love the way you can change the size of the grind according to what you need it for. I like cracked pepper on my food but I like a smaller grind for when I'm cooking. Can't wait for the new one to arrive!

Nice grinder. Easy to adjust.

I bought a set of these for salt and pepper. They grind very well, but I don't think this grinder actually can be adjusted for coarseness. No matter how I turn the knob for coarseness, the consistency does not change. However, the grind it does produce is more or less just fine for most culinary purposes. They aren't bad at all, but I wouldn't call them perfect either. That said, I do have carpal tunnel and even so I find these very easy to use and comfortable to use as well. So they do their grinding quite well. Good enough that I am not interested in trying a different grinder, anyway.

The description said metal. I wanted the gringer to be metal. It's plastic. They do work as intended.
