This little Box cutter is the best thing I can use for cutting open boxes. I was a bit tired of Carrying around the larger box knives, and wanted something more portable.It fits perfectly on my keychain, easy to use, and the ceramic blade is built well, and is also great for scoring, easy slide and retract. Opens to the right length and the blade has not dulled yet!I work in merchandising, with a lot of freight coming in. This little gadget is worth purchase. Which is not expensive at all.

Best box opener! The magnet keeps it on my fridge so I don't loose it, which I would do! It fits well in my hand and is comfortable to hold. The cutting edge doesn't cut skin but it will cut right thru tape, cardboard, plastic wrapping and the juice box inside so be careful. This is definitely worth the purchase.The only negative is that the lock doesn't work. I have to hold the blade slider in the out position, but that's not difficult at all so I don't mind.

I've had this this box cutter for a year, durable, perfect size, spring loaded tip, works well on all box types, cuts plastic bands with ease.

Too small to get a grip and apply pressure to blister pack or cardboard, so can't cut anything except tape to open boxes.. Lock switch is cheap plastic and fully locked does nothing to keep blade out. You can open it and remove the blade and reinsert it on the opposite side which makes it left handed. I upgraded my review from 1 star to four because it works well to open boxes, cutting the tape well.

This works awesome. Two thumbs up. And it's small and handy. This handy tool is much safer than a razor blade box cutter.

I put a Slice Mini Cutter in a resealable "snack bag" with some spare 2032 coin batteries. Then I put this very compact kit in my car trunk, in a box of other accessories for my car. This way, if my keyless car entry fob battery runs low, and it locks me out of my car, then I can use the physical key inside my car fob to open my trunk, and get a fresh battery for my fob.I replaced the Slice rounded tip blade (#10404) with the pointed tip blade (#10408). Both blades are 100% zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂), a.k.a. zirconia. The pointed tip slices very easily into the blister pack from behind (versus the hard way, of trying to cut the blister pack on the front).

The blade works very well!! The magnet is not bad also, But im very disappointed in the fact the lock doesn't work

This unique kit is nice and i like the concept a lot but there are some things i like to mention which is why im giving it an honest review of 4 start of out 5 but it would have been a 5 if it had a sharper blade to be honest.I got the auto retractable blade verison depends on your needs i advise such as safety and minors around you, also very handy for smaller task like opening letters or something quick and simply. I like this item but not for relatively reliable as a box cutter for cardboard because the blade isn't that sharp. I had to run the box cutter two or three times with a good amount of force and pressure to cut the cardboard boxes (ie. amazon boxes) but overall i think this is a nice small tool for smaller task like cutting tape, letters, or preferably thinner items/materials but not for cardboard. If they upgrade the sharpness of the blade then this is a go to for me all the way, everything about it is a great concept and design and i love it but i mainly purchased this item for cardboard box cutting from all these amazing boxes I get lol. It was smooth cutting tape and thinner material items but it needs a sharper blade. Overall if u don't mind running the blade over a few times like i did then keep this item, its great but just not convenient for me for my purpose. If it was sharp enough to cut a cardboard box for me then i can use it as its current intended for thinner material and box cutting but its not sadly so Im giving it a 4 star still but would have been a 5 if it was a sharper blade.Also recommend the press the holds up the blade if u just want it to cut boxes and u intend to run the blade a few times if u still get this item for that purposes of cutting cardboard boxes (ie amazon boxes) to make it easier for u to cut the boxes better otherwise take the auto retractable verison if u r using it for everything else for quick taskAlso
