A beautiful journal with no faults so far. A lovely deep burgundy purple/red colour, as picture shows. Quality feels great. A good amount of pages in this journal. Not yet done any journaling in it but pages feel of good thick quality. Delivery was prompt. For a bullet journal like this I feel a fair price. I have spent far more on bullet journals of similar or of poorer quality than this with less pages. Would highly recommend.

Good Bullet Journal, no bleed through.

After Archer and Olive stopped supplying journals in the UK, it's taken me months to find a suitable replacement but this A5 journal ticks all the boxes: choice of colours - mine bound in soft sage - white high quality, dotted 160 gsm paper with no bleed issues, a generous 192 pages, beautiful decorative title page, sturdy elastic band, 2 page markers and a back storage pocket. No pen holder but, hey, for such a good value journal I can live with that. This will be my go-to journal. Archer and Olive you have a rival!

Gorgeous colour and nice thick paper.

This notebook arrived super fast, it's great quality and I put my notebooks through hell, so quality is important to me. I would absolutely buy this again!

...the grade is currently quoted as ‘160gsm Dowling paper’ in the product description above. There is nothing on or with the product to confirm, but it is a good thickness and handles all my favourite pens without bleed through.Hard to photograph accurately, the fabric cover is more a PORT colour than ‘purple’, to my eye, which I am fine with for I have an ink that is very close in shade. It also matches the frames of my reading glasses, so looks rather coordinated!ooOooRelatively weighty in hand, the dotted page, A5-sized journal arrived in the usual tight cellophane-type wrapper that is hard to get into without damage, I find + the stuck-on label thereon is stubborn and spoils the overall presentation, if thinking of gifting, IMO (image below refers).Measuring roughly 21 cm x 14.5 cm, with rounded corners, the thick cover, which has gold coloured contrast to the front cover & spine, is lightly textured and benefits from an elastic band close that doesn't cut in, in my experience.At the front, is a page to claim ownership with a pretty floral embellishment.Flicking through the 96 pages (192 sides), some dots are stronger in colour than others regarding the one I received, but nothing too noticeable to draw the eye.There is an expandable paper pocket inside the back cover.2 x narrow, fabric ribbons are attached to keep your place/s.Other cover colours are currently available.

This is such a nice A5 hard back journal/notebook. I love a notebook and this is one of the nicest I’ve had for a while.It’s a substantial book with rounded corners. It’s covered with a soft matt, durable material and the colour is a rich purple with a little gold plant embossed on the front and spine. The matching elastic is strong and tight and there’s two matching ribbon markers. There’s no pen holder which doesn’t bother me, although I know some people prefer to have one.Inside there’s one page stating ‘This planner belongs to’ then all the remaining pages are lightly dotted so that it can be used however one wishes - planner, diary, drawings, travel journal, essays etc. The paper itself is white, smooth and has a nice thickness so ink doesn’t bleed through it (the only ink I could slightly see through the paper was a black marker pen). On the inside of the back cover is a thick paper pocket.This would make a lovely gift for anyone who loves journaling or stationery, I can recommend it.

You can see the quality of this journal the moment you look at it. It has a hardbacked cover with an attractive motif on the front. Inside the front cover is an option to write your name. The Back cover has an expandable pocket for you to keep paperwork or notes if required. The bullet dotted pages are thick and will not tear easily. I used Gel pen and the Ink did not bleed or show through on the back of the page. The paper holds the Ink well. It has an elasticated strap to hold the book together when not in use, and a ribboned bookmark to find your page easily. Please note that the bullet dotted pages run throughout, there are no plain pages. This is well worth the 5 stars I am giving it and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to others.
