It helps relive pain but but there’s not a lot of heat that I can feel. It can get itchy at times. Easy to use and good fit, helps with posture. I brought it more for the heat so wasn’t great for me but it’s a good product.

As a sufferer with lower back pain and sciatica I was looking for some pain relief. This belt was so reasonably priced I was very sceptical as to whether it would be any good but thought I would give it a try before spending a lot of money. I have only just started using it so cannot comment on the long term effect but so far I have been very pleased with it. It takes a while to heat up but the warmth is very comforting. It is not bulky and could be worn under clothes without it being obvious. The only downside for me is that I could do with it being a bit longer. I am a larger size lady and although the belt is comfortable on me I feel as though the velcro fastening may pop undone. This is not the fault of the belt, but the size of my waist. I would recommend this belt as what have you got to lose except pain? Give it a try!

Heats up a lot which I didn't expect tbh. Gives a little relief from my back pain.

For the price this is an excellent choice. It doesn't have a long shelf life but I get a good six months service out of it all the same. Performance wise it really makes a difference when excercising and hiking. Game changer for enduring lower back pain. Temperature is a noticable difference. One size fits all as it is velcro adjustable.
