Nice design, but...
I tried to mount a very light TV and the hinge wouldn't hold it flat to the underside, It would move flat, but then it would sag back down.

Doesn’t hold tv flat under the cabinet
We currently have a 19” tv mounted under a kitchen cabinet. When the tv is folded up, the mount does not hold the tv flat to the under cabinet. It sags down. Very disappointed!
