This 7-piece outdoor dining set arrived in three separate packages. Unfortunately, the box containing the table appears to have been mislabeled and delivered elsewhere based on the tracking info. I received the two boxes with chairs the next day—each containing three, so we definitely have enough seating!I’ve tried contacting the company with no response so far. The chairs themselves were easy to assemble once I got the hang of it, and they’re nearly identical in look and feel to my existing Polywood pieces—very sturdy and high quality.We’re really looking forward to enjoying the full set, but it’s disappointing not to have the table. At this point, I’m leaving this review in hopes of finally getting a response, because I’d honestly give this set 5 stars if everything had arrived as expected. Right now, we’re stuck with six chairs and no table. I just want a resolution.—updated— We received the table very quickly! We set it up the same afternoon just in time to have dinner on our deck. We love it. Customer service was responsive and we are very happy. We’ll buy more products soon!

We ordered this set for a refresh for our patio before a graduation party.It was delivered in different shipments, I had one chair, two days later the table and a day later, three chairs. I got nervous about the shipment being lost, amazon said it had been delivered after I got the first chair. When I reached out to the company, they said it was shipped and would be there at different times. I just wish Amazon didn't show it as delivered before it was all delivered...Aside from the shipping confusion - this is a great product. My husband (who has put together a ton of stuff over the years) said it was the best marked, easiest to understand thing that he has ever put together. After chair #1, he switched to his own tools, but it was easy to do with what had been provided.In fact. we ordered Serwall brand because I received a bench seat as a gift and my 17 year old daughter put it together all by herself, with nothing but what was included. The bench is sturdy and cleans easily.I can't yet speak to durability, but the pieces are sturdy and comfortable. Color is what was expected (gray).I will definitely be buying another piece soon.VA, USA

This is super nice for the price compared to other sets of the same price or more. It’s super sturdy, can stand to winds. Definitely a nightmare putting all the chairs together but get some power tools and it’s about 8 minutes a chair.The chair slats where you sit have some bend and I assume the sun makes them flex more, I assume that’s normal for this?We got one table and six chairs and it fits our family of five great to eat at with plenty of room for all food and everyone.Note that’s a previous umbrella we had and it is not big enough to cover that table,

Great instructions, easy to follow. The quality of the material is heavy and sturdy. Overall pleased with the product and looking forward to the durability of the product.Looks great and happy with the over all look and feel of the product. We would purchase sets from Home Depot and they would end up rusting. We finally decided to buy something that was durable, functional and long lasting.

In the middle of our first full summer - it has held up really well. It made it through record texas heat in August 2024 and severe storms! There is slight warping of the table top planks, but nothing like wood. Color is still perfect and chairs are still nice and comfy. No rust from hardware. We've used it a decent amount but not regularly. It gets alot of heat and sun, and I remain impressed as a I watch wood furniture around it deteriorate.my main advice if you are shopping for this is be sure about the color you want. This set will last and you will have this color for many many years. Also, make sure to track the pricing as sales happen so regularly. we "overpaid", and they would not price match. Shipping was fast, installation was easy. I'm very pleased with it and hope it holds up for the long term.

Very nice set. My husband wasn’t exactly thrilled to put it all together but he said it wasn’t hard.It’s very heavy! The chairs are definitely a bit hard to move to get into, although I think they will last. I’m thrilled that we now have a set that won’t rust! We wanted the set with the dark trim but it was sold out so I got the brown. It’s a light brown, I’m not disappointed at all.

We love our new outdoor furniture! It’s made so well & is very sturdy! And I love the color Blue that we got! If I had more room on our patio, I probably buy a few other pieces. We are very pleased & happy with our new outdoor set!

Ordered item on May 6th, guaranteed to deliver by May 14th. Finally received everything on June 9th. My table came quickly, two chairs arrived after the 14th, and two never showed up. I had to hound CS, and I finally got the other two. The table and chairs are wonderful. We are very happy with them. Very sturdy, easy to put together. Use tools other than what is provided. Would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the poor shipping.
