Excellent source of electrolytes
No flavor, easy to swallow capsules. Definitely work. Use on hot, humid days doing yardwork. Eliminates muscle cramping that occurs when not taken. Easy way to stay on top of keeping electrolytes in balance while hydrating at the same time. Will continue to use, well worth it.
