I have purchased ladybugs from this vendor twice this month, and I am impressed with their effectiveness. I was amazed to find all the ladybugs arriving at my home alive and healthy. After releasing them in the evening, I checked the next morning to witness the results—spider mites fleeing my rose bushes in panic, a testament to nature's pest control in action.While my second order arrived with some ladybugs deceased, I contacted the seller, and they promptly assured me that replacement bugs would arrive the following week. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I purchased these native lady beetles, and there was an issue with the carrier which resulted in a delay. I was concerned due to the intense heat in my area and reached out to the seller out of caution. They advised the package was out of their hands but to please let them know if the lady beetles did not make it, and they would issue a prompt replacement. Thankfully, there was no need. They arrived energetic, healthy and eager to break out of their temporary home. They immediately got a drink and began exploring the garden. I will be buying from this company again!

300 ladybugs arrived very active, and honestly, I couldn't fine one dead one - and I looked. The hardest part was getting the bag open while they climbed all over my hands!! They wandered around the peppers in pairs and slept in groups. Now they are harder to find amongst the leaves. A week later and I counted a quick 60 while watering! Will definitely order again if needed. (Note- mailman left package on porch so they didn't roast in mailbox and they were set free 15 minutes later).

The ladybugs arrived in the mailbox, which the box literally has a label against that, but I quickly took them out and placed them in the fridge for about an hour before releasing them just before sunset. I made sure to lightly mist the plants beforehand to provide some moisture.When I opened the package, I didn’t see any dead ladybugs, which was a good sign. I gently let them crawl out onto the soil around the base of my tomato plants and into the little DIY house I built for them. Hopefully, they’ll help take care of the aphid problem I’ve been dealing with.

Little bag full of ladybugs! I put them out as the sun was going down as recommended then the next morning found so many of them exploring their new home. The box came clearly labeled as live ladybugs, so my mailman was kind enough to bring them to my door and not put them in the hot mailbox. They loved having a cotton ball dipped in the nectar I had for my hummingbirds and a little honey until released.

i've ordered from this company several times. I usually get the 1500 ladybugs (it might be 12 or 1300 but it's somewhere up there). this time about 15% of the 300 I ordered were dead on arrival. I know some of them are gonna be dead, but that's a lot when you get a smaller amount and most of them eat all of your aphids and other delicious pests before relocating. I wish that I could have up to the quantity without having to pay two separate shipping prices.

This seller provides very good customer service and is highly communicative. I really appreciate using ladybugs to eliminate aphids without pesticides. They are very effective and voracious.

Much to my surprise, all the ladybugs were alive. I couldn’t wait to get them on my hibiscus trees that were full of aphids. It was tricky getting them out of the bag but kind of fun at the same time. Unfortunately by morning I only found one still there. 🤷‍♀️
