I've been having problems with arthritic knees and back, so I've been looking for natural, topical relief, rather than pills. DMSO came up as a strong possibility, but I couldn't find it locally. I am 67 years old. I have scoliosis and I attend Boot Camp 3-4 times per week. I always have some kind of soreness. I purchased this due to my overwork of my shoulders due to too many pushups. I also had a sore neck. I have used this product faithfully twice per day AM/PM. So much better! I highly recommend.
