Updating this review to 5 stars because they reached out to me to fix this and it arrived so fast and it's absolutely beautiful. Their customer service is top notch!It's a really beautiful board! I made a mistake on not putting an "S" at the end of the last names so that's my fault for not putting it in correctly. I assumed it would be put on automatically.Other than that, it's really sturdy, arrived very quickly, and a great gift.Upon arrival, I found 5 dents on the board. I know it was probably from shipping so not the sellers fault but I feel like if it was wrapped in bubble wrap, it could've been avoided.I'll just have to sand it down before giving it to my friend. Otherwise, I know they're going to love it

This turned out even better than I expected! My husband and I chose to use it as a decorative piece, and it looks beautiful on the stand we bought with it. The customization made it feel really special. It’s thicker and higher quality than I thought it would be, and while it could definitely work as a cutting board, it’s honestly too pretty for that. The color is a bit lighter than in the photos, but I actually prefer it that way. Great price for such a personal and well-made gift—I’d definitely buy it again especially as gifts for family and friends! It’s at a great price point.

Beautifully made! The first board had a typo and the second was damaged in shipping but their customer service was awesome and made it right and I was able to gift it in time. Nice size board for the price and great looking customization.

Excellent buy! It was just as I expected! I had it engraved with an engaged couples names and marriage date. After opening it, he bride-to-be sent me pictures. She really loved it. I think she plans on displaying it as a show piece in her kitchen. 10 out of 10!!! Great gift!!

This is truly a 5 in quality and shipping efficiency. I can’t give it a 1 for that reason-but it ended up a 1 star because it was misspelled. The issue was the set up questions, they are misleading. Because the question ask for a first name/s and then a last name-but there is an add a “The” option-well, they don’t pluralize the last name automatically as you would assume. I tried to return it but I couldn’t. So, I had to order another one. So, be careful when you order.

Love this board. It’s beautiful! It was the perfect gift for my boyfriend. He loves to grill. It’s so beautiful and the walnut is gorgeous! The personalization came out perfect!The reason for 4 stars instead of 5;We finally used it and after washing it has a grainy feeling and when you look close it’s like it has little hairs of wood sticking up. I’m not sure is there specific ways to care for your board? We washed it very gently and we have mild soap.Please send proper care instructions if there are any 😊It hasn’t stopped us from using it. These little hairs /peach fuzz won’t harm us I don’t think :)It’s hard to get a good photo of it. But when you wipe your hand across it you feel a bunch of wooden “hairs” (wood peach fuzz)
