I purchased in doubt, but I am so pleased with the relief for my back. I even recognize an adjustment in my back when I use it that matches what I experienced when I went to a chiropractor. I couldn’t afford going to a chiropractor frequently, but this takes the place and I can use at any time at home. Just very pleased that I took a chance on the purchase.!

Received mine 5/23/23, as soon as I had put it together, I tried it out and when I did I heard and felt my back cracking, and I had put it on the first level...

I’m in graduate school and the amount of sitting at my laptop has contributed to a lot of back pain. This is a very safe way for me to stretch my back and relieve some of that pain. It works great and is very affordable. It’s also safer than using my exercise ball to stretch because I can fall off the ball and hurt myself. With this, I can safely stretch without risk of falling!

It was relieving decompressing my back with this product and it felt pretty sturdy. The spikes are a little uncomfortable but not unbearable.

After trying so many things for ex. Medication, shots/blocks , creams, patches , ice, heat, PT, and even seen a chiropractor 3x a week and still continued to suffer. I went online to see if there was anything I missed or I could do, other than what the Drs are trying to offer me which is surgery. If you're a pain sufferer, specifically back pain you should know which pain I am talking about. That one particular annoying,upper back between the shoulders burning, pinching pain that feels like it needs to go, be cracked or something. The more I did and tried to ease the pain the more it bugged me. While researching I came across this Product. Skeptically I decided to give it a go. Once it arrived, I had my son put it together and help me lay on it. Let me tell youuu, it hurt sooooo good. At first I felt a warmer than usual sensation, then when I managed to put my arms above my head something shifted/moved that sent what felt like a shock down my leg, I couldn't help but to let a scream out. I laid there in awww just thinking about all the $$$ I wasted trying to get relief. And this simple stretcher in a matter of minutes ease the pain and discomfort I've had for a lil over year. Today is my second day using it and today's stretch felt better than yesterday's. I felt more loose.Don't take my word for it. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve tried all the levels multiple times and this doesn’t crack my back but it stretches it out and that it. I get on this thing and nothing happens so I have to just ask someone else to crack my back..defeat the entire purpose of why I bought this

After a long search to figure out what tool or instrument I can use to stretch my back, found this bad boy.It’s super easy to use, has three different adjusting slots which is really nice. I expected the hard plastic to hurt my back but was pleasantly surprised it didn’t. The blue lining down the middle definitely helps provide a little bit of cushion and support so it doesn’t feel super hard when you lay down. I have been lying on it after a workout and just decompressing my back to relieve tension.It is relatively small which is great if you want to travel with it. Overall, for the price it is super worth it.
