Auto Racks Lockup Cable Lock

Very durable bicycle lock. I intend to use it to secure my bikes to a rear bike rack on road trips. The 10 ft length is enough to go from the trailer hitch through the wheels and frame. Since the end is adjustable and can lock onto the cable, there is no need to make a loop back to the trailer hitch. This is a better alternative to the cable lock provided by the bike rack company as it was very flimsy compared to this 12 mm cable.

I did not rate with one star due to bad product but due to bad representation. I ordered this lock and when it arrived it was not what is pictured. I called the manufacturer to get the product number for the one in the picture. I was told that they have changed the design from the one in the picture and that the one in the picture is no longer made. What you will receive now no longer has a loop on one end and the locks is fixed to one end and no longer slides along the cable. Amazon need to update the picture to the new version of this product and save future buyers the hassle of returns.

Perfect lock for my canoe on my roof rack. The ability to adjust the loop omits any slack in the cable that could "buzz" against roof while driving.
