These plugs connected effortlessly to the smartlife app. They are compatible with Alexa and Google home. They both feel really well made and good quality. You can also enter in your kW per hour price and the plugs will tell you how much energy the object plugged in has used. They're versatile and can be used for lights, white goods, etc. And for the price I paid I'd say they are very good value for money.The actual plugs themselves are also pretty small, they don't obstruct any switches and aren't so bulky you struggle to plug anything else in on double wall sockets etc.These will also come in very handy christmas time for when the Christmas tree lights are plugged in. We all know how awkward it can be reaching behind the tree to turn off the lights, this plug will make it possible to do it by your phone or by asking Google or Alexa to turn off the Christmas tree lights

Easy to set up and worked immediately when paired. Bought them to control Christmas lights which worked perfectly.

I have bought a lot of these are this model is by far my favourite - great quality and the setup could not be easier - all automated and takes seconds.

Have got eight of these plugs and find them really easy to setup and use. Work with "Smart Life" and "Alexa". The smart life app even allow to monitor electricity consumption. Did have an issue with one plug but the seller was very quick at offering replacements, which acme very quickly.

I really like these energy monitoring plugs. They are great. The first one didn’t connect at first, but that was because it was only seeing my network as 5GHz. I tried again and it connected on the 2.4GHz channel. I must note that this model is 2.4 GHz only, so make sure your network is not just 5GHz.I have tried a competing companies smart plug (Kasa Mini Smart Plug), and I had issues with the device losing connection to my router every other day. Up to now, I have not had that issue – I will update the review if anything changes.Aside from that, the app is great and helps me to monitor energy usage of connected appliances. Currently I have my Portable AC plugged into one and a small UPS plugged into the other. I may buy more in the future.There is only one thing that I wish could be changed. It’s very easy to hit the OFF button in the app by accident, I would have liked a smaller button option and maybe the option to enable a long-press for the ON-OFF function.Overall, the EIGHTREE Smart Plug is a great little plug that does its job well. The size of the device is handy too. I have used plugs in the past that have been quite large and have ended up blocking neighbouring sockets. This device is slender, and I don’t think I will have that issue.
