Well wrapped but cracks fast
Well wrapped but came with cracking line and after a few uses started cracking from the inside.

Perfect except for one
I bought these for my massage business. Opened the package and found one out of ten that was already broken...very sad. The broken one seems to be still useable and still excited to add to my massages.I don't want to send back to get another knowing that the new set could come the same way.

Bit uneven material-wise but came perfect and are as described
I like to microwave the ones I use, for heated applications. What I noticed is the unevenness with the heating and cooling of the material. I had to be very careful as parts would be 120 and other parts 160 heating at the same time! Upon inspection, there's a significant difference in density and perhaps the specific type of material in different parts of some of the stones I received.

Heavy and Smooth
These stones are heavy and should hold the heat for some time. They will feel good on achy muscles, especially when heated.They are very smooth and should easily slide over the skin.I am not a professional massage therapist. I expected there would be instructions on how to heat the stones and general use, but there were no instructions.
