Just put the little sticker over the bite & let it go to work! I am really sensitive to bug bites & get welts & relentless itching. It really looks like pimple patches and after a while sticked on, color goes white. I think the effect is fairly similar to the other products. It only has 2 sheets. For me, mosquito bites were big, so smaller patches were not usable as they were peeled by itself right after sticking them on. Bigger patches were good..
