Is it dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. This was purchased for a restaurant and has been run through a commercial dishwasher daily for months with no problems. Label eventually came off the outside but that was all.

Is it 2.5 or 5 gallons?

The unit itself is 5 gallons but the end yield is around 2.5 gallons of cold brew after the brewing process

I would like to know its possible get the Lid and spigot?

We do not sell replacement parts for the commercial Toddy on Amazon. They are special order from the manufacturer and not made to be sold individually
