2 x sealed gel packs and mask included, appear to, be good quality, can be used hot or cold. I found using it hot really helps the blepharitis. Very soothing and comforting. The gel pack foldsin half so it can fit into a cup of boiling water for heating it up (5 mins) and it has a handy hook for fishing out of the cup so you don't burn your fingers. Once heated, pat dry and slip into the pocket of the eye mask which has an elasticated strap to keep it in place on your head. Be sure to follow the enclosed guidelines for safe usage times. I haven't used it for cooling purposes.

These are terrific and easy to use.Be careful of using the "mask" bit.I got an eye infection after 2 uses.Now I use a face cloth that I wash every day.Stays hot for long and I like that.Soothing on the eyes.Not tried cold yet.

I have bought this last winter and supposed to be used for my sudden headache. I rarely get it and as soon as I have received this , my headaches had stopped. Since then till now in July heat wave summer . I live under a roof with lots of windows and my flat is beyond imagination with heats by sun. I get tanned near the side of window just staying there for 40 mins . Unbearable. And boiling hot and even painful . I am now using this icy cold hat at home to cool me down . Soooo good !!! Really helpful . It cools down around my face till neck as well . Different use but very happy.

After reading the amazing reviews I think I was expecting more.I kept it in the freezer for when I needed it.It was lovely and soothing I felt myself relax into it feeling some relief BUTCONS:1. This is advertised as being a "drug-free migraine relief product." Which was attractive to me. I used this as soon as I felt a migraine come on but after an hour I had to take painkillers the pain was getting worse.2. The material was thin and nowhere near thick enough to block out light and as I am very light sensitive during migraine attacks I had to use an eye mask too.3. The ice packs was not easily manipulated to where I needed them. I had to hold them in place.Everyone is different and it's great other people have had good experiences with this product but I think it's best to be a bit wary. If it works for you fab! But if like me you read the great reviews and expect too much; you'll end up being disappointed

Due to dry eyes my optician suggested using a heated eye mask. I initially used a dual heat/cold mask but it didn't keep the heat for long. The MagicGel keeps the heat longer and the gel mask itself is very comfortable and relaxing to wear. It came in a sturdy box with clear instructions. It also comes with two gel packs and a little plastic hook to keep the pack upright while it's heating up, which for the price, I felt was good value for money.I've been using this product more regularly than the previous eye mask, due to how relaxing it feels. Now, I'm just about to put the radio on and my MagicGel for a much needed 10 minute eye treatment!

I have been using Gel Heat Masks from another manufacturer for several years. I was unable to obtain more from that manufacturer and found these Gel Heated Eye masks instead. I am delighted with these masks being better filled with gel than the previous masks. They are also great value coming with two gel inserts instead of the previous that only had one.I have been using heated eye mask once each morning for about 3 years. They are convenient to use only needing a cup of boiled water. I feel gel mask are much safer. Previously I felt I had burnt my eye on a microwave been bag type as it is difficult to be accurate with how much time to put in the microwave. My dry eye and blepharitis was very severe about three to four years ago and constantly troubling me. It has now considerably improved by a combination of using the heated mask each morning, washing my eye lids twice a day with cotton buds, switching to a preservative free Sodium Hyaluronate eye drop. I was also able to retire from work so I am not using computers so often. I feel using the eye mask daily is important to me to keep my eyes feeling healthy. I am very pleased with the eye masks and would very much recommend.
