One and done. I ate a cheese stick on an empty stomach for the first time in years. No pain. No digestive issues. Great value for money!! The last pills I bought I had to take 2-3 each time. I will be sticking with these for life. No weird lingering tastes. Does exactly what I need and I love it!

These are perfect for the price! They get the job done and they are small and perfect for a little container to bring on the go. Sometimes it does take two to get the job done but overall it really is worth every penny you spend on it! Way better then the name brand! Plus with no taste it really adds to it. Would 100% recommend.

twice as concentrated as the name brand Lactaid pills. great price too. i use a pill crusher then sprinkle it on food. that way I get some with every bite and not just a lump of pills before the meal. it has no flavor so no worries. works great!

Much less expensive that individually packaged and just as convenient. I found the 9000 FCC (Food Chemical Codex) as a measure of effectivity was a better indication and the same weight at that marked 5 milligrams (MG) for Lactaid

DO NOT BUY if you have severe lactose intolerance. I always buy the max strength 9000 FCC lactase enzyme because any less and I still get lactose intolerance side effects. This brand clearly does NOT contain the listed amount because I had serious stomach issues every time I used it with dairy products. Does not work!Clearly labeled incorrectly. NOT max strength.
