I got these for an easy to carry snack and the electrolytes. Sports drinks have too much sugar. I didn't expect them to taste so fantastic! The texture is like any of the fruit squeeze pouches and the cost is comparable. To me, most fruit pouches are also an average flavor. These have the perfect blend of the sweeter fruits and the tart lemon, making these a far leap above the rest! Not just for kids. 😁

I originally got these after my daughter’s tonsillectomy because I wanted to make sure that if she was not eating a whole lot that she was getting enough hydration. These were great to have for that. My kiddos are picky eaters but they liked these just the same as the original go go squeeze flavors! I will definitely be purchasing these for the hot summer months when we are doing sports and need all the hydration we can get. Will definitely purchase again.

I really enjoy these for a pre run snack or for mid run fuel during a longer run. I like that they have a little bit of electrolytes in addition to the quick carbs. They don’t upset my stomach while running and digest quickly
