Restless Stars: Zodiac Academy 9

I don’t even know how to start reviewing this book, or the series as a whole. It’s made me sob, laugh and cringe from second-hand embarrassment in equal measures, and I feel like I’ve lost a limb now it’s come to an end.I was lucky enough to receive an arc copy of Restless Stars so I don’t want to share any spoilers, other than to say it was the perfect ending to the wildest of rides and this series will live in my brain rent-free forever.Through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows (seriously, the trauma in these books knows no bounds), Zodiac Academy has been one of the most entertaining series I’ve ever read. The Twisted Sister’s writing might not be for everyone, but if they manage to hook you in, you’re never leaving.These characters are everything and whilst I’m happy their stories came to a satisfying conclusion, I’m also bereft that we won’t get to see any more of their shenanigans. This book was action packed from the first page, and even the funnier/filler type chapters still seemed to further the plot. If you’ve got this far with the series and still love it as much as I do, I don’t see how you won’t adore the finale.

I mean....can I give it more than 5 stars?The time has come. This fantastic series has come to an end. After 4 years involving stressful ARC sharking (both old and new versions), stalking the book groups, all the milestone reader parties, 80,000+ new group members, a pub meetup with the Twisted Sisters themselves, many tears shed and laughs laughed.The last book in the Zodiac Academy series delivered on everything that I wanted and more. It's an amazing close to a long chapter for the sisters work and I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as I did.I don't want to spoil anything for everyone because people have been waiting so long so I'll not be dropping any details. I'll just close this review with saying that any fan of the sisters Solaria series will be happy with this book.This series (plus Ruthless Boys) kept me sane through COVID and introduced me to so many amazing friends. I've become more involved in the reader community, started a Bookstagram and even attended Rare events. Finding this series has actually changed my life!

By the stars I am thoroughly amazed at how well the twisted sisters closed this last ride of the Zodiac Academy series.Thrilling, emotional, beautiful!I wish I could read this series from start to finish for the first time all over again cause, duuuuude, what a masterpiece. 🥹Special thank you to these authors for how they’ve tied this up - with some long series the last book can sometimes feel rushed and fall flat - you will not be disappointed with Restless Stars, it was certainly worth the wait!

Holy. Cow.I don’t even know where to start.It had everything and more I expected, from the catastrophic twists and pitfalls to the sprinkling off all those sneaky Easter eggs and the laughter and playfulness we love reading any of the twisted sisters books. I’m genuinely lost for words finishing this story and have shed so many tears throughout.Lame lionel finally got what he deserved, and although I wanted to save everyone thank god our furious 9 made it through otherwise I think I truly would of thrown myself off a cliff.I could easily read a whole book of adventures for all these characters living happily ever after, and they will always hold a special place in my heart since they brought my love of reading back ❤️Thank you Caroline and Susanne for bringing such heartache, despair, joy and humour into my life through your stories.

So powerful, so much happens here before we get our HEA and it’s a wild ride.I’ve lived this series since the first brutal instalment and come to love all the characters. There were many tears shed reading this as we inevitably lose some of them to the final battle. This is a plot heavy action packed read, I had to keep reading a few chapters at a time so u could fully absorb what was happening.I am sad that this is the last book, no more Seth and Leon, the pair gave me so many laughs throughout the series. Here again there are some parts that made me laugh, and others that made me cry. Such a well balanced book that does all our characters justice.

Like many unsuspecting readers before me, if fell into the twisted sisters beautifully woven, heartbreakingly surreal worlds. Solaria, and Zodiac Academy being by far the reason for every anxiety ridden/impossibility excited emotion I've experienced. There is no book these ladies write that disappoint. But THIS BOOK. its the culmination of everything. They really have, excelled. Don't even hesitate. It's worth every tear, every emotion, every laugh.

This book series had me in an unrelenting chokehold, and now that it's finally reached its incredible, momentous, exquisitely perfect conclusion, I can say that this is genuinely one of the best series that I have EVER read. The characters became so real, their trials and losses agonies I felt in my soul, their victories and happiness making me weep tears of joy irl. Brava, ye Twisted Sisters. I look forward to whatever torment and hell they have in store for we pitiable readers!

I've waited so long for this finale to one of the best series I've read and it did not disappoint! It gave me all the 'feels' - laughter, tears and just plain old 'awww' - PERFECT!

This book was everything we needed. I was so emotional the whole time. Saying bye to my favorite characters. What a journey it’s been!!! 5 starts all around.This book - the writing, the plot, the humor, the tears.Minor spoiler......Chapter 97 was everything. It was the absolute best chapter I have ever read in my life.

I was lucky enough to have won an ARC of this book. I am beyond sad that my time at Zodiac Academy has come to an end but this book was a beautiful way to end the series. The sisters clearly poured their hearts in to it and made sure that every question was answered, that blood was shed, tears were had and laughs were sprinkled in between all while leaving every single persons fate up in the air chapter after chapter. Also you cant go wrong with the men in this book 🤤

Great end of the series but too much POVs, unnecessary plots, loop holes and a couple of errors as a water element throwing flames... In general you can easily remove two books from the series

The ending has come to our beloved Zodiac Academy crew after many years and cliff hangers of doom, tears of sadness and joy, laughs and insanity, utter chaos and despair and the never ending growth of our beloved charters along the way.As like the others in The Twisted Sisters Group I was not ready to leave this story or this beloved world of Solaria behind as it holds a special place in my heart along with all their others stories. They have touched me with this story in so many ways I cannot express how much you will be pulled into the emotion of these characters as if they are real.Many many twists and turns, answers to all our prophecies and questions and the loss of many heartfelt characters along the way all take a place in this super action packed conclusion. I will leave the spoilers as usual but you will be left feeling every emotion along this journey (like from right at the start!) and the only downside is there isn’t any more to the story except no doubt the small pieces that will come from the other Solarian story to conclude with Darkmore Penitentiary Series soon.The many epilogues as usual giving us all the endings we love and crave and the utter chaos we expect perfectly ending this hugely emotional rollercoaster. I will forever be grateful for finding the sisters books with the Kings of Quarantine series in our covid times their stories brought to life have really captured me on an utterly relatable level. Thank you Suzanne and Caroline for the amazing characters and all the stories you bring to life.I hope you too fall in love with the many Zodiac Academy characters like I have.
