Best overall headphones, extremely satisfied customer (After 2 years of use)
Update after 2 years ------ Even after two years, these headphones are the best in the market even today. No further replacements to ear cups since the replacement. Still as comfortable as ever. I use these headphones for about 8 hours a day due to daily conference calls and media consumption. That means that these have gone through thousands of hours of use over the last two years. I've added photos after 2 years of use as reference but these do not take any damage. The sound is still excellent as ever and the mic is just fantastic. I know people that use airpods, airpod pros, Jabra 85H, Plantronics Voyager 5200, etc., but these are the BEST sounding headphones for the people on the other side of the call and yourself. With kids at home, these help cancel out noise for you if they are being loud and for the users on the other side. I find this is very important in this day and age. The headphones will NOT cancel out noise from your kids if they are screaming right next to you or in front of you. No headphones will do that. However, if they are screaming in the room next door or if they are relatively far away from you and you are not facing them, these will cancel them out. This also has a convenient MUTE button on the headphones so you can quickly toggle between mute and off mute. Another great feature these headphones have is the multi-device feature. I have these connected to my PC and phone so I can join by phone (excellent sound quality but less superior to directly connecting to the PC) if I want to walk around or I can connect to the PC if that is more convenient. I would say these are FAR better than the Jabra 85H and probably slightly inferior but more practical than the Bose 700s. In don't know if that can be said about build quality though since Bose 700s has not proven to withstand thousands of hours of use over 2 years at least for me. Update after 1 year ------- These headphones are still one of the best in my opinion. I replaced the ear cups as one of them ripped (as I started using these while working out) but replacing them was easy and it cost about $25 on amazon. Recently, Bose 700s came out for $400 with better overall voice quality over mics (apparently) but these headphones are perfect for conference calls. If you want to sing into these mics, sure, maybe the BOSE are better. If you want to use these for phone calls and also use them for listening to music or videos, these are perfect, especially if you want to save a couple of hundred dollars over the BOSE 700s. I have been using these headphones for about 6 months now everyday for about 8 hours a day, A LOT for phone calls and also for listening to music. These are the best headphones I have ever owned. Pros: - The sound quality is superb. They sound great for listening to music and any type of media consumption. - The call quality on these are absolutely the best. I've used many headsets for phone calls as I am on the phone all day. These are great for being able to hear people on the other side (international calls included) as I can hear from both ears and the volume is loud. I can hear people on the other side while others struggle to hear them during conference calls. - The mic on these are the best in the business as well. If you are listening to music on speakers on high volume, the person on the other end of the call will either barely hear it or can't hear it all. I work from home and my kids are playing in the next room but no one can ever tell that I work from home. In fact, people always compliment how clear they can hear me. I can also use these to join calls while I bike outside and they can't even tell that I'm on the go. They also can hear me fine even if I am at a Starbucks on a busy day. These cut out the background noise and make my voice very clear so never had anyone complain even in such scenarios. - The bluetooth connectivity is great. When I turn on the headphones, it instantly connects to my phone and PC. - These headphones are SUPER comfortable. I wear them 8 hours a day and no issues whatsoever. These are the most comfortable headphones I have worn. Sure, Bose headphones are comfortable too but they are not cut out for phone calls or voip. - Battery life is incredible. Never had issues going a full day or 2 without charging. Again, I am on a call all day so battery does drain overtime. This isn't the case if I'm just listening to something. - A lot of options and customization. You can choose what happens when you take the headphones on, put them on, how mute reminders work, etc., They've also fixed android PLT hub compatibility so no more complaints there. - Comes with the USB dongle. I use this on my work PC for calls, my personal PC for media consumption and my PS4 when I play games. Just plug and play. Cons: - Not a big deal but noise cancelling isn't the best out there. It's good overall I think but it won't erase your kids crying in the other room. - Micro usb instead of USB-C for charging. - Rarely but sometimes struggles switching between PC and phone. In such occasions, I need to restart the headphones when this happens. For anyone that are on calls all the time but also wants to have high quality headphones that can be used for media consumption, look no further. The quality gets better with every firmware update too. Best purchase I have made this year.

After several years, they're still going strong and working great
I've used these every day for the past four years now. I haven't ever felt like I'm missing out on anything or regretted using them - they handle meetings really well, and I can wear them all day without my head getting tired. Pros: - The headphones are comfortable (I have a large head) - Music sounds great on them - The dual microphones do a great of picking up my voice but not background noises (like kids, etc) when I'm on meetings - The noise cancelling works well with three settings (off / low / high) - I have used them when mowing the lawn and it helps a bit (but doesn't eliminate the lawn mower noise entirely) - The little USB dongle is simple and you can plug it in to anything that does USB audio (I've plugged it into a PS4 before in a pinch to get wireless audio) - Multi-pairing works well, I have it paired to my phone and my computer. - I only have to charge it maybe once a week - I just plug it in at the end of the day. It will warn me if the battery is getting low, so it doesn't die on me during a meeting. - Portable. I've taken them on planes etc and they've worked fine. - Can use with a headphone jack. (On the plane, I can plug into the jack to work with the TV on the back of the seat) Cons: - The earcups only lasted about a year (maybe two?). The Plantronics replacements are kind of expensive. I found an off-brand replacement that works just as well and last about the same amount of time.

Best of all Headsets!
I do inside sales out of my home office and use Ring Central for my telephone system. I wear my headset for at least 8 hours a day. I had the Bose QC45 for almost a month. Noise cancelling was superior but it was very difficult to hear the sound of my own voice, which turned into more of a distraction every day. The way this headset connected to my laptop, on every 6th outbound call, I could hear the receiver but they could not hear me. Whether or not they would pick up the second time I called was a crapshoot, so I had to get rid of them. I briefly tried out the Jabra Elite 85H. Sound quality was excellent, noise cancelling was great, but it had an annoying feature which shuts off the noise cancelling the second a phone call is made. These are made primarily for cellphone music listening with an occasional phone call. OUT! Also briefly tried out the Plantronics Voyager Focus 2 UC. Most expensive underneath the Bose and definitely most comfortable, but the sound quality on the Voyager 8200 is leaps and bounds better. GONE! Which happily leaves me with the Plantronics Voyager 8200 UC. It's nearly as comfortable as the Bose for almost half the price. Sound quality is not as good as Bose but for the money it is MORE than sufficient. Ditto the noise cancelling, and unlike the Bose the Voyager's mics are wired as such that I can actually hear my own voice while the noise cancelling is on. This is the beauty of this headset. Add to that an audible volume dial on the left ear which beeps progressively higher as you turn up the volume or progressively lower as you turn it down. I am hearing impaired and the volume is more than adequate. Also, only ONE receiver couldn't hear me after making 60 or 70 calls. It's reliable. My only very frivolous complaint is that every other headset I tried has a super cool hard case and this one, the one that I love the most, comes with a super-cheesy fabric pouch that adds ZERO to the aesthetics of this headset. Small price to pay. GET the Voyager 8200 UC. For the money, THIS is the headset you want. It rocks.

Very good quality of sound for listening music or audio books, good noise reduction and microphone performance for video calls and phone calls. Battery lasts about 5 hours of continual using. Top notch noise reduction. All of that at a very affordable price. Highly recommendable.

This item was delivered promptly and in perfect order. I use headset for work 8 hours a day. This easily holds up for two days without charging. Sound quality it awesome - also for music. Directional mic works perfectly as does the noise cancellation. Buy with confidence.

Contents Cloth bag - this is a nice touch and feels like a reasonable quality bag for a premium product, made from a material that feels durable. I personally like the fact that it is lined and will protect your headphones from knocks and accidental bumps. The additional pocket to store a couple accessories supplied is handy and doesn't add additional bulk. USB Dongle - Although I have not used the product yet I was a little surprised and disappointed to see this. For a premium Bluetooth product I didn't expect to receive a dongle and I'm hoping this is just to cover all eventualities for those who don't have Bluetooth embedded into a device. This device has been updated since original production and now has a reseated button to enter pairing mode. Instruction Card - I like this touch and it is simple yet affective, small enough to keep in the device bag. Charging cable & Speaker cable - again nice that everything is included and yet small enough to keep in the bag without being too bulky. Headphones - First impressions - WOW just WOW, first glance I'm really impressed with them, exactly what I've been looking for and can't wait to try them out. The device has enough weight to feel both sturdy to live up to everyday use as well as having a comfortable look and feel. The build also feels very solid and first impressions are they are a premium quality product. There are many who say this and don't live up to expectations, so here's a fingers crossed. I think it best to cover off each aspect to really give it justice as there is so much to say that they deserve a proper review... Headband - feels comfortable and the padding is soft, not sure how the fabric will wear with hair product and I can see me ending up with a speaker band across the top of my head but that's a small price to pay for comfort and quality. Headphone cups - they headphone cups do feel soft and comfortable, made from the same soft headband material that i cane wait to see how they stand up to using. I like the touch of the lettering inside the cups as it saves having to look with way to put them on. Controls - Again first impressions are that there are too many buttons, however in reality in hindsight there will be one button to answer calls and then the audio controls which are actually quite intuitive (although not used yet but feel of them are easy to find and understand). Just want to say that I was out shopping with my mate a few months ago and he purchased the sennheiser pcx550 wireless headphones and the only reason I didn't buy some too was due to the fact that they didn't have a microphone to take calls with so these have a lot to live up to. To wrap up this is a very positive first review and I really hope the sound quality meets up to the build quality and very positive first impression. iPhone Pairing This was really easy and straight forward, initially using the app it wasn't clear if I was to say the headphones had paired or not. I decided to use the usual method of going to Bluetooth settings on my phone and connect that way, this worked first time. Apple Watch App Pleasant surprise to see the app on my watch.
