How do I remove the ice ball without it getting stuck?

Alternate each handle side-to-side — never pull straight up. A 10-sec warm water rinse over the base releases the sphere cleanly every time. Technique becomes effortless after the first use

Does it actually make crystal clear ice, or will it still come out cloudy?

Yes — directional freezing pushes air and impurities into a separate reservoir, producing optical-grade transparent spheres. Works with regular tap or Brita water. 90%+ of reviewers confirm clear results.

How long does it take to freeze, and can I make enough for a party?

Freeze 18–24 hrs for best clarity. For parties, use the 8-ball model, freeze a day ahead, and store finished spheres in the included bag — up to 6 ready when guests arrive

What type of water gives the clearest results?

Regular tap or Brita-filtered water works well. Distilled water can improve clarity further. Proper 18–24 hr freeze time matters more than water type — most customers get crystal-clear results with tap water

Is it worth the price compared to cheaper ice ball molds?

Cheaper molds freeze all sides simultaneously, trapping air and producing cloudy spheres. Berlinzo's BPA-free silicone delivers consistent 2.4" crystal-clear results — restaurant quality without a $200+ ice press
