Fits wonderful under my work shirt and helps take the strain off my lower back. I can wear it comfortably for 9 hrs and I do alot of twisting, bending, and lifting; it works great.

Comfortable and supportive to wear under the clothes. It definitely gets me through the day rather than bulky ones.

I like it enough to keep using daily. I like that it’s light weight and not bulky. Of course the back is bulky and flat so it’s a part of it. But over all I like that it doesn’t make my clothes look super big like some do. I only have a problem with it sliding up during the day, and I have to readjust a lot, but I’m also not the skinniest. Back support is moderate, I have had better support, but the other brace I have is too small…

Yes it’s ultra thin but it does not serve its purpose as a back brace. It could not grip well to protect the back

I bought this due to some lower back pain and core issues due to hernias/hernia repairs. I wore it 3 shifts in a row and I noticed a big difference in pain and abdominal swelling. Seems to work well. I bought the medium and I am 5'3 126 pounds. Could have probably went with the small, but the adjustable straps for the brace itself and for the abdominal support, make it to where I can tighten it enough

I would not recommend this item AT ALL. It is flimsy. I threw mine away. It didn’t even have the Velcro fasteners to attach it. Terribly made!!

Very minimal support and quality, for the price I was expecting a better item . Size is good, it’s very light almost unnoticeable 👍🏻 but unfortunately doesn’t give the support needed for back pain, if you’re looking for high support this is not the product you need . I didn’t like it , returning for sure .
