This is a brilliant book. The photos and written guide are very clear and easy to follow. Suitable for both beginners and those with some knowledge of felting. A lot of effort has gone into writing the book and well worth the money.

It features clear, coloured images that outline the many steps needed to help you create your chosen project. Included also are written instructions which all help to clarify the process of needle felting. Beginners to the art of needle felting will surely find this book, an excellent addition to their personal library, allowing them to dip into the magic of an Enchanted Forest for many months to come.As a bonus, this book also teaches you how to work with wire to construct poseable armatures for many of the creatures. This helps to further expand your knowledge of the art of needle felting, Some templates are also provided which will help with scaling and size. A true, excellent resource for beginners and more experienced needle-felters alike.

Good illustrations

Loved this book. Lovely clear information and instructions and starting with easier projects and gradually moving to more difficult ones to help build skill and confidence. The step by step photos are really good as they show you how much wool and the type of tools and techniques to use. These would be useful whatever project you’re working on. I hope Claudia has a book on projects for Christmas, and if not will look at producing one.Really good book for needle felters.I was given this book from the author via netgalley only for the pleasure of reading and leaving an honest review should I choose to.

I hope to buy this for my library as it is useful and gorgeous. With needle felting becoming popular again, it is great to have such a detailed book. The pictures are clear and show what ratios of wool to use to get different sizes and they offer templates at the back.The only thing is that some projects require tools that you may not have- such as cookie cutters in specific shapes or felt templates.
