Cherryvale Farms, Banana Bread Baking Mix, Everything But The Bananas 16.5 oz (pack of 6)

My son is allergic to eggs and loves muffins, so this was a great solution to our problems. The flavor is truly superb. The texture is not crumbly like other egg-free mixes. I truly cannot tell the difference between similar egg-based muffins than these. My husband, who is very particular even loves these. It’s a no-brainer to buy this, but do make sure you have 3 ripe bananas for use in the batter. It really does improve the flavor of any banana muffin or bread. One point to note: these do not contain a bunch of preservatives so you will need to eat them pretty quickly or freeze them. This is not a problem in my household! Also, I have tried the blueberry muffin mix from this brand and it is equally delicious. Looking forward to trying other varieties as well.

This is “bar none” the best banana bread mix...I couldn’t find it on the shelf at the grocery as it was out of stock...so now I have 6! But it is worth it...I add Nutella or choc chips and tip with banana chips ...swim team kids LOVE it

I made this and gave to a friend who just happens to be a great cook. She said it was the BEST Banana Bread she ever has eaten! (Shh, I didn't tell her it was a mix!) I do add 1/2 c chopped walnuts for some crunch. A great choice for Vegans as well!

This is the best banana bread I’ve ever had, and I love that it is egg free! You can add walnuts for crunch and protein. I’ve tried almost all of their products and this one is by far the best.

It is no wonder kids like this because kids like a mess. This stuff not only did not set right but the oil did not even mix in. It happened the last time and I thought it was me. This is the second loaf and woops it was stuck to the pan, well greased, and it came out in pieces when it cooled. Will never buy again. I still have 3 boxes unfortunately. I will try once more and if not good addi bye bye. Deric

Saw this on another site and tried it. This is the best mix I've ever used! You have to decide whether to add ingredients, I did so with the pumpkin, but not with the banana. However, I did add some pecans - tasted just like homemade!
