I like my beer, what can I say? When the doc said some of my lab results showed some issues with my liver test, he recommended getting on a beef liver supplement, which I got these for. I took 4 a day, 2 in the AM, 2 in the PM before bed and when I got my labs done a month later, total improvement. I asked him if taking these could mask issues and he said no, it just balanced out my liver as it should be at my age and lifestyle. Cant recommend enough! Especially if you like beer!

For those who are purchasing this product out of desperation or hype on the internet you will waste your money and time.Being vegan almost my entire life,always struggled with low iron levels which leads to constant fatigue.I decided to give a try and it was a hard decision for me since I do not eat animal product.My blood test done before and after taking this product for more than a months did not improve,neither fatigue. The level was the same as when I take regular iron supplements.Your stool will smell horrible and do not let a gas anywhere near people...the whole room will smell like dead body.You will be better off taking regular multivitamin and iron supplements will achieve same results. You might need to take this product for a very long time if that is the case, to achieve results. I am going back to my garden of life brand stay vegan and away from this garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS A LIE THAT YOU SEE ON TIK TOK....this is all people making money out of fooling people....that is the trend of tik tok
