Needed this to make chicken kelaguen here in PA. Expensive but worth it. Same stuff they use on Guam.

I love the flavor! It’s not a overpower lemon flavor that leaves your tongue raw. The design on the tin is also super cute! It comes with three packets the only down side to then is the fact that aren’t resealable but that probably because these are meant to make a pitcher of lemonade. So I just fold it a couple times to make sure none of the powder falls out.

I love this powdered lemon!
I think it’s a bit pricey but, It’s worth it. Very delicious when making chicken kelaguen, kadon pika, finadene, many Chamorro recipes.
