Silicone Tile Repair Kit – Premixed Fast-Drying Gray Caulk, Filler, and Sealer for Cracked Bathroom, Kitchen, and Floor Tiles (225g / 8 oz)

I originally purchased this to repair some grout lines that had cracked/crumbled on my ceramic tile floor. It worked great for that but when it dried, the color difference between this product and my original grout was too stark for my liking. This product (Beige color) was a little more yellow than my existing grout. I’d say mine was maybe more of an almond color?? Definitely not white. Regardless, I decided to do a thin layer over ALL of the grout lines to make it consistent. This wouldn’t be ideal if you had to do an entire room but my area was small (mud room and half bath) and it didn’t take too much time. It looks great! Things to note: - Multiple, thin coats worked better than one thick layer - especially in the areas where the grout was cracked or missing. - I used my finger vs the tool that was included. I just couldn’t get a smooth line with the scraper. A few swipes with my finger worked great. I just wiped up any excess with a rag. - It goes on gritty but dries down to a hard finish with a little bit of rubbery-ness. It’s hard to explain but it starts to dry pretty quickly so work fast with the filling/smoothing process and then leave it alone to fully cure. - After it had dried for 24 hours I went in with a razor blade and cleaned up any excess spots I missed. I probably could have done this after just a few hours but I didn’t get around to it until the following day. - I plan to seal this with grout sealant once I’m finished so it doesn’t discolor. See attached photo of the color difference. It’s subtle, but noticeable.

This grout repair kit worked exactly like I hoped. The filler goes on smoothly and the included spatula makes it easy to apply, even if you’re not super handy. I used it to touch up some cracked and stained grout in my bathroom, and it instantly made the tiles look cleaner and newer. The product dries quickly and the white color blends well with most standard grout. I liked that it was premixed - no mess or mixing involved - and it didn’t have a strong smell either. It’s perfect for small jobs and touch-ups around the house. If you’ve got dingy grout lines that need a refresh, this kit is a simple, affordable fix.

My grout and floor area where I used this looks great, like new! It covered up the discolored flooring and/or grout that would not come clean. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because it was hard to get it out of the bottle! Going to see how long it lasts so I may be back to change my rating if it doesn't last long! Applied mid August 2025.

Works Great I recently used the Fixtime Silicone Tile and was impressed with the results. The silicone applied smoothly, adhered well, and provided a neat, professional-looking finish. It was flexible enough to adjust during application but set firmly once cured. The material appears durable and resistant to water, making it well-suited for bathrooms and kitchens. Overall, it met my expectations for quality and ease of use.

My tiled kitchen floor was starting to show wear with several large holes and cracks appearing in the grout in very visible areas. Flooring experts advised me not to fill the holes or patch it but to remove the old grout and replace with new grout. My kitchen is large and I didn’t have the time or budget to take on such a large project so I thought I would try filling in the holes first with this product and if it didn’t work then I would re-grout or replace the floor. When I first applied it I was concerned at the light color, it was easily visible, but when it dried, it matched the color of the existing grout perfectly and I can’t even see where I applied it. I wish I had taken before, during and after photos to show the differences. Fixtime came to the rescue, served its purpose and saved me so much money, I am so happy with the result!! I will be interested to see how it wears but for now I’m happy!
