Börja med dessa om du är nybörjare, jag lovar att det räcker. På så sätt undviker du att dra sönder axlarna från dag 1. Det extra motståndet i dessa paddlar bränner gott över 1000m i bassängen. Kör hårt!

It looks good. The straps should work well after I put them in and tighten them around my palm and finger. Looking forward to using them in the pool. Update: used it. I had an awesome swimming experience. You really move fast with this in your hands. Recommend!!!

Excelentes para darle un plus a los entrenamientos de natación. Se hace mucha fuerza y te ayuda a perfeccionar la brazada. Son cómodas aunque mejoraría el sistema de sujeción de los dedos
