This device works well. It is definitely targeted at the CCTV market but as a general network testing tool with built in OTDR it is quite a powerful tool for the price and handy for troubleshooting in Broadcast television scenarios. Lots of useful tools the onboard DHCP server is a life saver. The otdr, HD-SDI 3G and analog video works well.They have wonderful customer service response. Their LLDP scan wasn't pulling the vlan ID information and within a few days they had a software update to fix that issue. This tool is a great value for the money. I originally was looking for a simple lldp scanner similar to the fluke/netally lrat2000 and this has almost all the same features in a much cheaper package plus many more. The ease of use is excellent. Not having to carry multiple different tools and devices in my already heavy tool case is a big selling point.I still wish the analog and hd-sdi video input had a wave form, maybe the next version will have some smpte compatible broadcast tools and the ability to do 12g sdi and fiber optic video in/out?
