Brilliant
We travelled for 21 hours and the insulin was just as cold as when we removed it from the fridge. It fitted 3 x 10ml vials of insulin and we also put some 3ml refills in there too.

Amazing
Finally a product that works!! Kept my daughter’s insulin at 4C while we traveled to Portugal in heat for the promised 16h! I had almost identical product last year that failed miserably in a few hours temperature started to rise in the container. Very happy with this.

Perfect for travelling with medicines
Keeps medicine cool for a whole day and a half even in heat (I haven't tried to push to 60h yet), compact and stylish design.

Don't believe the keep cool time
Purchased one of these for my diabetic meds for a a flight to new zealand. It wasn't even close to maintaining temperature by the end of the first flight and that's after I had to buy a thermometer before I flew because the one it came with never worked.

Excellent storage added bonus is the QR code sticker that you personalise so if lost can be returned. Reassuring factor considering the drugs being transported

Stays cold really well but had to buy 2 I don’t use pens as I’m type one I carry the vials and use them when needed. It is not as big as it seems could only fit half of what I needed so had to buy 2.

Great container
I took this with me to Italy to keep my insulin cold. Worked great even when I couldn't freeze the inserts. Ice worked just as well! Comes with a thermometer too.

Feasible
I originally bought it when on vacation in Europe and it kept cool over 10 hours. It did well in the summer temps. I love it better than the Freo I used in the past because the Freo’s crystals made it too bulky that I had a really hard time getting out the insulin pens.

Not even 12 hours at 2c or 8 C
It did not even last 12 hours at 2 or 8 Celsius 22 C ambient After 12 hours kekhealth thermometer was 18 Celsius my thermometer 12 Celsius . Put in 2 thermometers to make sure . Because the kekhealth thermometer registered higher than the thermometers I have in my fridge . I wanted to make sure of the temperature inside the cooler for my meds Dissatisfied with product and the claim of 20hours at 40c ambient or eligible for return
