Q: what is the difference between this camera V3 and the V2 Camera?

Amazon won’t let us change the listing on the V2. Whichever listing you purchase from all models will be V3. There is no difference to customers.

Q: Is the power supply that comes with this similar to the power supply that comes with the indoor model? Do you just plug it into a regular outlet?

Similar but not the same. I recall the 835 power supply puts out more power. I can't remember if it's higher Volts or higher Amps. You need to use the power supply that came with the 835, or one with the same rating.

Q: Will this camera work with ADT command control system?

The Command version is OC835-V4 and this is the Pule V3 version. Because of how new the product is we have not listed it on Amazon yet, but we have plenty in stock as we sell them to customers.
