Super salty taste, but super affordable and works!
Update: I continue to use this daily. I add 2-3 droppers in to my morning breakfast coffee/mocha/vitamin shake. Almost gives it a salted caramel flavor. 2 more into a sweet drink like lemonade. You cannot beat the price!!! I've wondered about adding this into oatmeal since I always salt the water before boiling. An easy substitute!? 🤟 Original: I'm giving this 5 stars bc it is exactly what it says it is, and the price is phenomenal. The taste is awful and I haven't figured out how to consume it yet bc it's so strong. I'm starting with 2 droppers not the 5 it says to do daily. I'm mixing with lemonade, juice, etc trying to find what I can tolerate. I'm dedicated to making this work bc quite frankly I'd rather spend a dollar a day (price of most everything else) on other things. 😉 It is helpful with the muscle cramps I was frequently getting, especially after starting the x39 patches (iykyk). Came back to the reviews hoping for ideas. I'll have to post once I figure it out since I found almost nothing. 😉

Not salty
Several reviews said this was salty. So, I added 1/2 of the recommended dose to 20 fl.oz. of bottled water and there is no salty taste. I can add 1/2 doses to two bottles of water and that is a complete dose. I tastes like water and is refreshing. It tastes like a brand of water I like but cannot afford that has extra minerals etc. in it anyway. I don't feel like I can legally mention the brand but, I am defiantly saving money for the same health effects I could get from the expensive water. Let's face it, we are all supposed to drink more than 2 bottles of water a day anyway. So, split the doses to avoid a salty taste.

Fantastic value!!
I compared almost everything and this was the best value. Make your own special blends by mixing with any herbal liquids and save $$$$$ over other options. It’s strong, so dilute well.

Taste just like salt
Usually, when you buy electrolytes, they either have some kind of flavor or they’re unflavored these taste just like salt water. If I want salt water, I would add salt to my water.!! They’re horrible tasting maybe that’s why they’re so cheap

Not the most effective
Had to use twice as much as I usually would with the "Salty" brand (priced around $15) in order to get rehydrated. I have to have good drops as I have an immune disorder and plain water will not do much. Because I had to use so many drops of this my drink tasted really salty. I just don't find it as effective.
