There is a really solid feel to the unit. The design is neat and functional.As with many such items of Chinese origin, the documentation is lacking.30 Power levels (speeds), 14mm throw of the head.On connecting to a USB charger (not supplied) it reports the current battery status as a number from 01 to 10 and if the number is flashing it means it is charging. When it gets to 10 and then stops flashing the unit is fully charged (not in the enclosed info).It really does work well. If you look for it on American YouTube reviews you find that U.S. customers get a users guide to as to what each of the "heads" is to be used for etc. etc. Why not in the UK version?Despite these shortcomings it is a really good unit and well worth the money.

Due to being on my feet at work for 8 hours, I suffer from leg cramps and other issues with my legs and feet.This is now my go to item after I get cramps, it helps loads to get rid of the stiffness and pain as it relaxes the muscles in no time.Don't know why I didn't get one before.And the price is not too expensive considering the results.One thing I like is the different levels of power giving the right amount of relief, although I haven't gone above 6 or 7, but is good to know it goes all the way up to 30Also the amount of attachments available is great to have in case of needing to massage some other parts of the body.10/10

First item bought was faulty out of the box, the seller was quick to respond and sent me a replacement straight away. I read many people says the seller stops replying when the product goes faulty, maybe they do a few months after you had an issue. But in my case the issue was at the time of purchase so the they acted quickly.The product itself is good. Lots of accessories, cheaper that what you will get from other seller, good massage speed choice, think it varies from 1-20 which is amazing. The product comes in a solid case which I like a lot. The battery last for quite long, so far we charged it only twice and use it about 2 times a week.All in all I love the product and highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this massage gun on impulse as it was on good offer. I hadn't considered buying one before but wow....I am so glad I did.!I have suffered from lower back pain particularly in gluteus maximus area on & off for the last 3 years .I took up yoga & pilates on advice from physio to strengthen my core back etc. However I still suffer from time to time with tight muscles which can lead to extreme pain inability to move which can last for days.This massage gun incredibly relaxed the tight muscles & I felt immediate relief from the first use. ...I wish I had tried before !The gun comes with 4 x heads.1 x vertebrae - u shaped1 x joints - small round head1 x ball head - for large muscle groups1 x small flat head - for all parts of body.I used the small flat head.There is a USB charger cord which you need to attach to uour own adapter as not included.To switch on ( see video) press & hold.To change speed each time you press the start button it increases one speed. This shows by the number of blue lights on the dial.To switch off press & hold.This massage gun is a game changer for me.I can relax the muscles at first sign of tightness to avoid it escalating into extreme pain. No painkillers or rubs !!It is quiet to use. I have used it for a week twice a day...so has my husband ! The battery charge is still going strong. It feels comfortable in your hand to use & light weight.I have had to order another one for my husband now as he wants his own🤣So guess that's a definite recommendation from us ! X

An excellent piece of kit, and great customer service straight from Cotsoco themselves. I had bought a massage gun off from Amazon and extended the warranty. After a year, there was a fault with the machine not working however Amazon can’t do anything after a year, I spoke to them direct and the level of customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend, it’s a powerful and effective piece of tool. 5/5 stars

The massage gun is small and for me lacked power to give my muscles a good massage, so for functionality I would give 3 stars. I have given 1 start, however, as I wanted to return the item and I have contact the seller numerous times and have not reply so looks like a refund will not be forthcoming. (You cannot return through Amazon)

Got this for Christmas, went for a run and then tried this bad boy out but unfortunately it's just not powerful enough. It's very easy to use and comes with a variety of attachments. The message effectiveness is alright but it wasn't enough for my needs and the pain relief it should provide wasn't there unfortunately.
