Product is built well. But the software and tech support are limited to whenever they get back to you. Won’t let me recover my user name or password both of which I know and have but don’t work. The website also has no ssl certificate so use at your own risk.update now they are charging me monthly and i have had to cancel my credit card to get the charges stopped.

Very happy with my purchase. I needed a tracker with a big battery because I don't have access to charge the unit frequently. So far, from what I can tell, the battery will last me a long time. Mobile tracking app is handy as well. A+ A +

Received the tracker yesterday... this thing is heavy duty! Was slightly leery of its magnetic capabilities and just wear and tear under the car, but after using it yesterday and today (in a rain storm no less) I'm convinced it'll hold up. It tracked exactly where I went and the website is easy to use... though I still gotta play around with some of the options on there. Liking it so far

This is supposed to be a 3 month tracker, it lasted 2 weeks and ran out of juice. It takes almost 3 days to charge! Tech support takes days to get back to you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
