Works as expected
Works a treat for helping me get solder flowing. Everything well packaged, loading the syringe was simple enough, and not messy. This will be excellent in helping me raise my surface mount soldering game.

Works but leaves a sticky mess
This is the first flux that I have owned so no other experience but I can say that it works. You get a nice big tub and plenty of application methods such as syringe and 3 brushes. It does the aid flow of solder. However it does seem to leave a very sticky residue that even contact cleaner and pure IPA struggles to shift.

Not as described and dose not work
No good, does not do what it says, highly flammable and solder does not flow, gone back to our previous brand which although dearer it does the job.

Excellent Flux Paste
The media could not be loaded. This solder flux paste arrived in a silver anti-static bag. Inside there is the tub of solder paste and a zip lock pouch containing three solder brushes, a syringe and two Luer syringe tips. The tub is well sealed with a screw cap, a push in lip seal and tabbed plunger seal. Take care when pulling out this last tabbed seal as it tends to drip (see picture). The consistency of this flux is much more fluid than my usual flux paste. This makes it much easier to apply either with a brush or using the supplied syringe.I’ve only soldered a few joints with a normal iron using this so far but it’s excellent. The solder flows freely, it leaves no residue and there’s no odour. I haven’t used it with my hot air rework kit yet but I’ll update this review if there are any issues. At £9.99 for 100g it’s more expensive than my usual flux paste but it’s far superior and much easier to work with. I’ll be sticking to this flux in future as I’m very impressed with it so it gets 5 stars.

Leaves a massive mess, that requires cleaning
Came in a plastic bag....and was half open....so covered in flux. Not a great start. Then inside is a plastic cover thats shoved halfway down and cant be removed so you cant access the flux, theres only a little hole which the syringes can barely fit into, but cant even draw up flux due to the suction of the plastic cover. Finally this no mess, no clean nonsense! it leave a huge mess, splatters everywhere when heated and is soooo sticky even IPA isnt coming close to cleaning it effectively.

Works Well.
This is a good flux paste and worked well for the couple of connections I had to and then just a brush over with IPA and done. The flux comes with 3 brushes, a syringe and 2 blunt needles for application. On unscrewing the lid there is a cover you have to pull out under that is another divided lid over the flux where one side has a hole. I *think* the point of this is you can push this down and the flux will come up through the hole and you can use a brush to get it, or if using the syringe you poke the blunt through the hole and suck the flux up. I'm not sure though as nothing is mentioned on the product page or container, but it would make sense as it stops the flux from becoming contaminated. In conclusion works well, and for the limited amount of soldering repairs I do, this will last a long time. Very pleased with it.I hope you found this review helpful.
