These fit my 5 gallon gas cans from TSC perfectly. A great, durable, functional replacement for the garbage spouts that come on the cans. Easy to take on and off. Don't leak at all. Great value for the quality.

Good thread fit on Spectre cans, good quality seal. Wish the cap had a toothed edge to interface with the ratcheting mechanism like the Spectre cap.

The lids fit and sealed on all but one of my cans. From left to right in the pic with all the cans: Scepter USA 5gal - worked well Blitz 2+gal - worked well Midwest 5gal - worked well (brand new one I picked up from Harbor Freight day after Hurricane Beryl hit.) Midwest 5gal - at first it wouldn't seal and leaked. Thus why in the first pic of all of them it doesn't have a lid on it. After I was almost done testing, I decided to try it again. It didn't thread on easy, but I was able to get the cap on and get it to seal. This is a pretty old Midwest can I've had for ages. Garage Boss (Briggs and Stratton endorsed) 5gal - This one would not thread on at all. Luckily, I really like the spout mechanism on this one. I just hope it holds up, because if the thread ring breaks, I'll have to find lids with another thread for just the one can. I was hoping this 8 pack would fit everything and leave me with some spares. Side note, I really like the yellow can, it's from HF as well, the spout works nicely of the new EPA bs types. I also like the shape of the can, it allows for a more even pour. They come in red as well, but I had been wanting a diesel yellow can for one that stands out for use with mixing additives like Mechanic in a Bottle (that stuff is amazing for small engines that have sat up with fuel in them too long) or because in the future, I plan on keeping a can of ethanol free gas around.

These work great! Now I can keep the gas sealed up and ready for using a small transfer pump instead of a spout.

Perfect, exactly what I needed~! They are great quality, no leaking, so far, so good. Im so happy~! I would be even happier if people would just put the lid back one when they are done, but I guess thats just too much to ask~! But all the gaskets were there and they are a oerfit fut fir all my lidless gas cans~! 5 stars~!

This depends on you gas can--the Blitz cans it fits on and screws down, but does not screw on hard enough to seal--if you try and tighten more the cap just jumps the threads and turns

These caps fit perfectly, been in use for a month and are doing a fine job. They replaced the old caps on ALL of my 5 gallon diesel containers. The current containers started having issues with a degrading cap washer, causing the cans to leak or spill when transporting them. If your 3/5 gallon container caps are starting to show age, these are the perfect answer to replacing them.

They say midland cans and this is probably true prob a great product for that can seem well made tbh I took a flyer to try on the wedco and scepter and they do not fit those brands so it’s my own fault
