The product itself is very good. The only drawback is it’s hard to open without a screwdriver. Customer service was very responsive.

arrived in time well packed and the product is totally excellent, give the Paella the most beautiful taste and exquisite aroma! everyone enjoy the Paella Success on a plate! thank you ...the tub is quite big so will last for quite few months although I use this product in all my dishes, great value for money... it has a smooth smoky flavour fantastic.
