As computers go, this one is really good.
No problems with the heat level. No problems what-so-ever. It's a great gaming computer.

Quiet, Fast, & Built For Gaming!
I bought this because my previous Alienware Aurora (7+ years old) was having all sorts of issues with network performance and graphics card glitches. After spending more money and time troubleshooting the issue, I finally decided to upgrade to this new machine. I’m really glad I did! The liquid cooling makes the machine incredibly quiet (especially compared to the “Dust Buster” air cooling solution of older models. I have thrown every modern game at this machine and it handles them all without cracking a sweat! Definitely a major improvement over my previous Alienware Aurora.

Great for hobby gaming and everything else.
Massive upgrade over my “gaming laptop” that being an msi I bought nearly ten years ago. The only downside is the storage capacity, which is easily upgraded and I plan to do so soon. No issues.

For the amount of money you spend you would think you wouldn't have issues.
Games run great when they are working good, but I keep constantly have games freezing up for a few seconds and are also have really bad issues with audio desync... UPDATE: I got in touch with dell customer service and they were able to fix my issues by remote controlling my computer and fidgeting with things.

Amazing computer.
Purchased this beast for MSFS. ADDED A 2tb Samsung 990pro to empty slot and this machine with the 4070 super exceeds my ecxpectations. I’m seeing 60-70fps in ultra 4k settings. . Everything works like it’s supposed to work. I can’t understand all these people who say to stay away from this product. Highly recommend Alienware products. Once you receive the computer you must upgrade windows update to use alien command center. This machine only gets fan noise when playing extensive based graphics like it’s supposed too. Great value for money.

Not Worth the Money
Bought this for my wife as a late Christmas Present. It worked great for about 4 months until the GPU just up and died in the middle of a game. Replaced GPU with a spare known good for troubleshooting purposes, and the computer decided to go into a boot loop.

Too expensive to malfunction so quickly
Had to send back to Dell to replace liquid cooling fan and whatever else after 5 months. Cross of fingers, I have 6 more payments SMH.

The computer as its specified works as intended however Alienware as a Company cannot be more scummy. This computer was listed as on a deep discount for 3,023.99 CDN on black Friday, once the sale was over the fixed price shifted down to 3,099.99 CDN The computer comes pre-loaded with "Killer Control Center" a bandwidth monitoring software that just ruins upload and download speeds. Webpages took a solid 1.5-2 secs to load, Sea of Thieves would not work because it requires an internet connection to Xbox Live services that the software would deem un-necessary. Delete this program first!! no idea who or why this would ever come pre-installed and turned on.

This was well reviewed online and had everything I needed. Slightly more expensive than on the Dell website but still very nice. Great silent computer barely noticeable noise, an immediate upgrade from my old rog Strix laptop. And I can finally render things I need in high quality
