I bought this to replace the frayed cord in our garden umbrella and it was perfect for the job. Time will tell how durable it is but it seems to be very strong. Tip: melt the cut ends over a candle or similar to prevent fraying.

We used this to fix our cantilever parasol. A YouTube video showed us how to do it which was very helpful.It has worked a treat.
