I like the finishing of this product. It looks sleek, and it gives you the feel of a modern home. It can be cumbersome to setup, but it isn't difficult. Just follow the steps carefully, and you'll end up with a great wireless doorbell with video. I tested it being inside and outside of the house... When inside, and when my wife presses the bell, the app gets a notification, which is cool. I can then talk to my wife. When outside, the button press feels good, and I can clearly hear my wife's voice on the other end. Works well on both my iPhone and Samsung phone. Comes with batteries and SD card, so that's a plus!

Product came with no instructions, doorbell plugin for inside the house, and no cable to recharge. I think it's reasonable to assume these would be included with this product....so disappointed with that. Otherwise it seems to work ok, so far.Updated: Just discovered that you can view the recording (which is happening constantly) by moving along the timeline, at the bottom of the screen. I'm still trying to figure out how to increase the volume for anybell on my phone, as it s very low...even with the iphone setting up to the max.

For less than 50 bucks, this thing isn't bad at all. Super simple to install, nice clear pics and various modes. It works exactly as intended although there is one thing driving me crazy... How do I turn the chime off on the outside? It's kind of loud for my neighbors to hear all the time. Other than that, it's great but the chime should be able to be disabled.

This video camera gives a great picture. It is easy to install, it only took one time to connect to the phone. I find it is easily activated in a wind. But the night vision is clear and it has shown helpful to us. Now after 2 months it has stopped working. It will take a picture and then it does not notify the cell phone.I thought it may be the settings in my phone but that is not the case.I notified the seller and they did not respond. So we are stuck with it.

The software is not very good. When someone presses the doorbell it doesn't ring on my phone for a couple of minutes. Also, getting the video to play to show who is/was there, is very difficult to use. It said the battery lasts up to 4 months, mine has to be recharged once a month. And we do not have high traffic at our front door. Also, there was no memory card in the package as advertised. You get what you pay for. I am updating this to 3 Stars because the seller was very helpful and processed a prompt and complete refund. I am now actively shopping for a new door bell camera.

Its o.k. but wished I had invested a little more into an upgraded model....the bell is slow to ring and many times when the bell is rang the delivery person is already out of camera range by the time I get the response on my phone. Or the bell portion of the unit is hard to activate and doen't ring my phone at all....and I end up.missing friends . Love the concept.

No problem of set-up, video is good, clear and notification of someone stealing your doorbell is great, but the audio intercom communication from smart phone to doorbell unit is cutting off and distorted. The doorbell sound is distorted and cutting off as well. I had to return the unit and get a refund.

This chime works with the Anytel B30 also. To hook it up, plug it in the wall; move the up and down arrows on the right side to choose a chime you like. Once you choose the chime, push the volume button in until it lights up. Immediately have someone push the doorbell button on your wireless doorbell and it will connect.
