I travel a lot for work - and it’s really hard to get good food and all of my micronutrients in. Top of that stress and EMF’s. This is part of my travel stack because it’s so convenient (resin at home/ tabs for travel!). Combined with everything else, I get my micronutrients/ micro elements in and I am more resilient as well as energetic. Week 2, taken daily, and I'm not noticing any increase in mood, energy, or anything really. At least I haven't experienced anything negative, just nothing positive (at least to a noticeable degree). I don't know if it's just me / my body, or if this is common, but I have seldomly found a supplement that actually does what it claims, at least in a significant or noticeable manner. These are nicely packaged in blister packs, and I take it with a swig of lemon water (something I drink every day any way) so I have not noticed any off-putting taste. They're small and easily swallow-able. I still give it 4 stars because it doesn't appear to be HURTING anything, and maybe just maybe behind the scenes I actually am experiencing positive attributes (just not realizing it). Not sure that I'll continue this after I've taken the remaining 1/2, but I will reassess after giving it the full try (another couple of weeks) -- I suppose it could take longer than I'm expecting to start noticing anything...I'm not holding my breath though.

These things are cream of the crop. Never really took shilajit before but I actually feel the positive effects from these tablets, and knowing how clean they are because of the lab tests amplifies the effects 5X more. Been chasing them with some electrolytes every morning and taste lasts a quick 3 seconds. Sick product!

This is a set of 60 Shilajit tablets, and they're tightly packed together in three blister packs. They're a very compact, neat way to carry your Shilajit. I'm a huge proponent of Shilajit, and I tell everyone that they must try it, and many do. It's made a huge difference in my health, and my energy. I can say that I've tried most every form (the sticky, tarry stuff, the liquid, the gummies, the capsules, and tablets). I've even tried the Shilajit coffee (I liked it!). In my opinion, this is a very good product, but it's highly overpriced. It's not competitive with comparable tablet offerings. I like that it's so compact, and the package is tiny, as well. I simply cannot reconcile the price of this product. It's a premium product, but over-priced.

I love this supplement!!! I’ve tried a few other shilajit companies but this one is by far the best one I’ve had. I finished two thirds of the tablets so far and I feel better than ever. More energy and better mood every day!!!
