Nothing wrong with this laser
I saw mixed reviews for tbis laser but i wanted a quick 10w module and gave it a ttry. Admittedly i used this to build a battery powered portable laser with a different driver, it performs beautifully between 8-9 volts and 3-5 amps and is consistent with 2 high power diodes in series. If you find the power lacking on ur machine, try swapping in a different driver. I am using a drok buck module for my build. It comes with a few different cables to hook up with various machines.

Laser stopped working.
Laser stopped working within 3 days. Went through whole check list to see if it would fix it. Nothing worked.

Works with Genmitsu 3020 Pro
To get it working, check the laser connections on the module. I had to depin and repin 12V and PWM connections on the XH2.54-3 Pin terminal to work with 3020 Pro.

Powerfull!
Pretty nice little Laser for the money, 20 watt claim seems accurate, worked great for my cnc project.

Read the instructions and follow them.
I was on the verge of returning this because it was simply inconsistent and just in one project I had to go back over bits and pieces several times. Finally I actually read the instructions that came with it (you know I am a man and know everything without instructions) and realized that I should have replaced the cable to the laser with the one provided. Once I did everything got right and it engraves and cuts beautifully.

Hard pass
Bought in January didn’t get around to installing it til may used very little as it’s in my backup machine. Dead by July don’t recommend at all.

Ich glaube nicht, das das Lasemodul 10W optisch ist. Es kann nicht mal 2mm Sperholz in einem Durchgang schneiden. Nach 10 Stunden Arbeitszeit und immer mit 70% Laserkraft, hat das Lasermodul an Kraft nachgelasen. Wer billig kauft, kauft teuer!

Completely incompatible for my needs despite my research prior to purchase. Unable to return it because while approved, they sent the return address label all in Chinese and the post office won’t take it.
