After 5 months of use review -Will still stick to the five star review.Going great after 5 months of everyday use. I must say that we already got the full return of our investment for this machine as we make coffee twice everyday and it never disappoints delivering the consistent taste and quality coffee.I'm using this Espresso machine since last 2 months twice everyday and couldn't have asked for anything better for the price I paid. Both coffee and latte are done so nicely, exactly like any big brand in market. I'm just thinking how much money I wasted over the years to get the same taste. Best part is cleaning. It is so easy and fast to clean after every coffee preparation. I will highly recommend it.

I love absolutely everything about this espresso machine. Easy to make a delicious espresso. Easy to clean. Less than a minute and you have home made high quality espresso in a cup 😃👌

Setting it up just now, but I do want to make sure others know. You do not recieve a milk container, and for the price, no matter how well this works compared to my last one, a star will be knocked off. I figured by the picture you get a milk container. You definitely should at the price. Ok have used this twice now, and it replaced a simular unit that had a burning smell to it. So far I like the machine a lot. Let me preface this with i have never made espressos till our last machine and only used it a couple times due to temperature influcs and burning smell. This machine has made sure the coffee comes out hot, the milk frother, very freaking loud but works very well. I am sure part of it being so loud is me still learning. The warmer works just fine, though i do not really use it. The self clean is pretty cool though i would just run a 2 shot rinse anyway. Happy that both coffee and milk come out hot. I do not like what you do not get for the price though. I am a disabled veteran, I can no longer drink drip coffee as it tears up my stomach. I can do cold brews and espresso since they are less acidic. The spoon/tamper are kind of cheap, and no milk container. I believe that is a big miss especially since one is shown in pictures. That is really my only gripe.

I purchased the first one, because I previously order a different GeekChef model. I used it for 2 months - approx 30 cups. The only observation I initially had was the amount of crème it created. It overflowed some cups because of it. But I use a larger cup, so it wasn’t an issue for me..Very randomly, the screen started blinking all over. When I turned the item off, with the button, the display just blinked and the machine had a high pitch. I unplugged the unit. After waiting a couple hours, I tried again. The display was still jumping all over the place. This time, the on/off switch had now pressure behind it. It wasn’t working.I called customer service and ultimately returned the unit.——I purchased another of the unit, thinking my experience was the exception - and I purchased the warranty extension.I received the replacement and got 1 cup out of it.Cup 2, the timer reduced to 6 seconds. I pressed the button again (Digital Touch screen) and the 2 cup setting doesn’t work. Only the 1 cup button works.Obviously, there are issues with this product. I will return this unit as well.

The machine is very well built with stainless steel, way over my expectation. It is pretty and will fit in any kitchen or office. it is simple to use, once you have the coffee powder ready, press single shot or double shot. then enjoy your espresso. The pressure is good enough. See the foam over the coffee in my picture. The water tank is big, the same size as the back of the machine. and the foam steamer works great too. This machine is perfect for family and office or even light commercial use. Choosing an espresso machine is hard, they are either too expensive or poorly built. This product is a true gem and definitely bang for the buck.

After much trial and error, this is a great espresso maker! Customer support was extremely helpful in resolving issues.Some things I found that others might find helpful:1. After setting up your machine, if water isn’t coming out make sure the portafilter is properly in place. The seal can be very stiff at first and it can take some working back and forth to get it fully engaged. I suspect there is some kind of safety switch in there that until it’s fully engaged water won’t move thru machine.2. If after the first use it only pulls half shots, then take off the portafilter and rinse it out. The little holes at the bottom where espresso comes out can become partially sealed with dried espresso resulting in a partial shot. I resolved this issue by turning it upside down and running water through it.This is a very good espresso maker for the price. Customer Support via email at the email address in the package was great, responded within 1-2 business days.Would I buy again? Yes.
