I enjoy eating this very much and have made various dishes. I love the health benefits just wish it was more affordable to make this a weekly purchase. The taste is very good and works very well with oils and frying or cooking various ways.

This product was great. However, one of the packages was damaged and made everything smelly and sticky. Apparently, returns and replacements are not an option for this.

This rice cauliflower does have a really nice texture and rice type consistency. It is very, very bland on its own, so I definitely recommend adding it to your recipes as a rice replacement, or serving with seasoning and sauce to spice it up. By itself, it has almost no flavor.It is very easy to cook, and there are multiple options for how you heat it up, but it’s quick and simple.

This is a perfect replacement for rice and even better than cauliflower! Low carb, good texture (al dente texture). I used in soup and beef, broccoli stir fry.

If you have a recipe need, or like riced cauliflower this is a nice product.It needed a lot of extra seasonings to get it to come alive.We add it to salads and soups but alone, blah.

It is difficult to get all of the product out of the package, otherwise, the product is very good
