I bought this 1-quart sharps container for at-home medical use, and it’s exactly what I needed. The size is ideal — compact enough to fit on a countertop or in a cabinet, yet large enough to hold a good amount of used needles and lancets before needing to be replaced. The lid locks securely, which gives me peace of mind knowing nothing can spill out accidentally. It’s clearly labeled with the biohazard symbol and feels very sturdy — not flimsy like some cheaper options I’ve seen. I also like that it’s portable, so it’s easy to take along when traveling or to keep in a bag for safe disposal on the go. Overall, this is a reliable and well-made sharps container that’s perfect for both home and lab use. I’ll definitely reorder when it’s full.

Good size and easy use, but the slide to close doesn't slide super easily. Full close works and the lid secures well.

very easy to use. Not the best size for larger needles (small size is definitely correct) and not child safe so keep out of reach of little ones. If you are using larger size needs or injectors, it would hold about 4-5 before you would have to dispose of it and get a new one.

This came on time and is well made. I also like the fact that it came with information on where to dispose of the container once it is full.

This product is simple, easy to use, and great if you have smaller items to put in. If your items are on the larger size then you would fare better getting a 5 gallon container or something along those lines. Only giving this 4 stars because it’s too small. But other than that it’s just what I needed and again simple to use.

Worth the price! Fit 30 fine syringes and six prefilled syringes. Locks very nice.3

Needed a safe container to dispose of used syringes. This container is sized right and safe for temporary storage before turning these into a collection facility to insure contents will be disposed of properly. Everyone that needs to use medical syringes at home needs to follow proper protocols to insure safety for all.

This container was great for my family while taking readings for glucose. Very efficient and sanitary and compliant. I was able to turn it in at my doctors office once it got full for great convenience with the tiny sharpies.
