A defective product received, and not able to return as we opened after return date.
As we were out of town, we could open the item only after the return date specified in the order. The product is defective, as the connection to the Cuckoo sound was not functioning. We have replaced the battery itself as the clock was not functioning. Please do not order expensive items with such short return times on Amazon India compared to Amazon US.Amazon US is a reliable partner and our experience is amazing.

Very bad experience clock not working totally damaged
Parrot not swing and night shutdown music not working continuously parrot sound but parrot movement not there i verified all the options but not work but over all good so I replaced my order
